DHS to Allow Saudis to Bypass Passport Controls

Forgive me if my memory is a little fuzzy, but weren’t the majority of terrorists who flew airplanes into our buildings Saudi in origin?

Then why is DHS giving “trusted traveler” status to Saudi Arabia?

Wasn’t DHS formed to “protect the homeland” from another such attack? Then why open the door for the same people to do it again?

It was announced back in January to no fanfare at all. Of course, if they announced  it and the media covered it, people would be pissed.

It makes one wonder where this government is headed. Allowing Saudis to bypass Customs and Border Protection lines and providing passport and fingerprints.

We already have a weak border with Mexico. It’s not just the Mexicans who cross the border, but how many terrorists cross that same border while we do nothing?

This is an absolute outrage. Is DHS supposed to protect us from attack, or beef up their troops to go to war against the American people?

Of course, the Saudis will be responsible for screening which people will be allowed to use this privilege. Yeah, I see that working well.

Congress needs to step up and exercise oversight on DHS, and ask them what the hell is going on, then overrule the agency.

This is a very, very bad idea……..
